Simple answer, once you've experienced the lifestyle the area has to offer, you won't want to let it go. A sound investment and enjoyment that lasts for years on end.
When I toured the property to gather my thoughts on writing about it, I'll tell you...I didn't want to leave! Like mentioned, the location alone is a rarity. It was so quiet and peaceful. The land is clean, studded with large live oak, walnut and other trees and plants native to the area, native grasses and let me tell you, there are some sizable Spanish Oak near the residence that made me say "wow". Brandon, in his later 20's, had the honor of building the main residence when he was a custom home builder. He has since retired. Rustic to the core, the home's exterior showcases stunning barn wood. For those interested in historical features, the authentic exterior barn wood came from an old barn that was disassembled in Pennsylvania, shipped by freight and was meticulously installed for a unique and awesome appearance. Certainly eye-catching to say the least. Bits of white throughout the barn wood give it a subtle pop of color that helps accentuate the entire residence.
